Yes! We highly recommend wearing your aligners while you sleep. Just make sure you put them on properly.
No! We do not require the use of attachments or buttons with our aligners.
You should wear each aligner set for 2 weeks before moving on to the next set.
It is normal to struggle a little bit to get your aligners on. However, if your next step is not fitting this most likely means that you are not done with your previous aligner set.
You should not undergo any optional dental work until you are completely done with your Zmiles Aligners as this could lead to problems with the way your aligners fit.
You should store your aligners even when you’re done with them. This is important because if you lose a set we recommend that you start wearing your previous one until you receive your replacement for the set you lost.
We recommend removing aligners for drinking, but it’s ok to drink still water while wearing them.
No! Do not eat while wearing your aligners! No exceptions. Remove your aligners when you eat and then brush your teeth before putting them back on.

We advise you to not smoke while wearing your Zmiles Aligners. It could damage your teeth and your aligners.

If you are sick you can still wear your aligners.
We recommend that you always use your aligners and only take them out for eating, drinking, and brushing your teeth. You should have your aligners on for 22 hours a day on average.
You may experience a little bit of soreness when using our aligners, but you should not be in pain.
You don’t get all of your aligners on the same day as your appointment. You’ll get your first two aligner sets and your case for your aligners. Since our aligners are meant to be worn for two weeks each, we will ship over the rest of your aligners before you even need them.
Most of the other companies on the market offer delivery options of 3-6 weeks. If you choose Zmiles you will get started with your aligners just an hour after you walk into one of our Same Day Aligner Studios. That’s a pretty big difference if you ask us.
We offer payment plans with our partner, Cherry, and one of our team members can help you sign up for the payment plan of your choice. You can also do a single payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Yes! Your aligners will be ready for you anytime you want to pick them up. If you need to come back later that’s totally ok!

A licensed dentist or orthodontist in our network will review your 3D scan and x-ray to see if Zmiles Aligners are right for you.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to get scanned and to have your x-ray taken.
